Busybox reports “bad address” for hostnames
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
I'm running a statically linked Busybox 1.30.1 in QEMU/KVM with user-mode networking.
I'm using udhcpc to configure my network.
I receive an IP and can connect to remote hosts via IP address. I can forward nslookup without issue.
However, if I try to connect to a remote host by specifying the hostname, all the tools report "bad address".
udhcpc populates /etc/resolv.conf
with the 10.0
range address of the host system.
qemu linux-kvm busybox nslookup
