In my university syllabus I have the following topics for which I could not find any book to study: Parametric equations, parametrizing a curve, arc length of a curve, arc length of parametric curves, area under a curve, area and volume of surface of revolution.

Please suggest some materials which cover such topics for beginners.

  • Manfredo do Carmo, William Thorpe and Wolfgang Kuhnel are three books that I believe cover those topics.
