Reference request: Parametrizing a curve

In my university syllabus I have the following topics for which I could not find any book to study: Parametric equations, parametrizing a curve, arc length of a curve, arc length of parametric curves, area under a curve, area and volume of surface of revolution.
Please suggest some materials which cover such topics for beginners.
