How do you put a repeating pattern (work schedule) in Excel?

We use Excel for our schedules, day and night shifts. For the most part our schedules have become set. 6 nights on, 8 off, for night shift and a little more complicated schedule for days. I'm wondering if there is a way to have it auto-fill for the entire year instead of typing it all in each month. Columns are dates and rows are the employees. Thanks!

Hilight the whole thing, drag the small marker in the bottom right of the cell. If it's more complicated than this, you'll need to provide some kind of example.

You can also copy paste. It'll use the same logic.
