arranging DXF cutouts for optimal large format printing

0

I have a dxf file with multiple cutouts ranging from 90cm to 10cm in size. im using Auto CAD to export plots currently, but the plots are currently spread out in such a way that would cost much more than if i could manipulate the positions of the plots.

currently i have the dxf file and the pdf files, each of which contains 1 cutout on a non standard paper size. The dxf file contains 1 drawing of all of the cutouts, which is currently improperly spaced.

using auto cad or any other freeware, how do i obtain a pdf of the cut outs optimally placed on a 1:1 scale for large format printing?
