7zip - Password error in destination server

I created a 7zip archive encrypted with AES256
standard, and moved it to another server using a external hard disk. Before moving, I took the checksum using fciv
. The archive is around 120 GB.
In the destination server, when I try to extract the file, it extracts successfully for around 34 GB, then it gives me a password error as shown in the picture:
However, I am very sure that the password is correct. I took a checksum at the destination server, and it matches, so file is not corrupted during the transport. So I went back to the source server, and tried to extract the file, and it extracts without any problem. Means the archive itself is not corrupted. The 7zip
version I use is the same in both servers. Source server runs on Win 2008 and and destination runs on Win 2016. I tried to extract in another Win 2008 server, but it also gives error. So what could be the issue here, and how can I fix it ? It is not possible to transfer the file again due to some company policies.

Does the point where extracting problem starts is always the same? If not - disable 7ZIP multi-threading. And check server's memory strongly.

Yes, it happens at the same file. CPU reaches close to 100% but memory does not go beyond 50%
