I don’t understand what you are telling us doesn’t line up with what you are showing us. Please edit your post and clearly define what problem you are having and what your question is. Are you wondering why a file is opening read only? Are you trying to delete some files from somewhere? Please be clear.

What do you mean by "2 files appearing in my email pages"? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Thank you, fixer1234, and I'm sorry that I confused you with my description. I didn't create those 2 files and I do not know how they appeared on my email pages, that's why i hastened to send screenshots. However, I called Microsoft and they fixed it for me. I also don't know why I had to edit my post, I'm always as thorough as possible but I didn't know what created this thing, so I did what I could in describing it. Thanks again. :)
