Is my understanding of the specs for a good gaming experience correct (below)?
8750H.
1060 6GB.
16GB RAM.
256 SSD.
17.3".
I am in Europe (and cool to order online) - my budget is about 1000 Euros and so far the best offer is about 1250 (on Amazon; being about 1375-1500 just a week ago).
I have noticed that the prices were low in September, then jumped up and now reducing again. With the new Intel generation and RTX coming next year it makes sense to be patient.
Need your opinion on the specs. Am I over-killing, am I missing something? From my understanding I also need to make sure that thermals are good - this is why I will also get a (cooling/fan) pad.

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:
- "Questions seeking for hardware shopping recommendations are off-topic because they are often relevant only to the question author at the time the question was asked and tend to become obsolete quickly. Instead of asking what to buy, try asking how to find out what suits your needs." – Tetsujin, bertieb, Anaksunaman, Twisty Impersonator
