How to setup the 3rd router on my network?
After configuring my third router, I had a problem with the internet access, everything is good in terms of getting IP and all configuration. the internet is reachable for 3 or 4 min then will stop for few seconds. Tested on my laptop and desktop. Tried new wires, cat6 and cat5e but nothing changed.
Any ideas?

Your schema is not very readable.

Your diagram is nice and readable, and everything looks correct there. Does the TP-Link router work fine if connected directly to internet? Maybe its a hardware problem and you have a defective router.

You are triple NATed. Some home grade devices don't play well cascaded like this. Try bridging the third router to the second subnet, it could also be a failing wan port, or a bug in the firmware.
