Dual Monitor Refresh
I am writing a VB.NET Winforms application that uses a window with a datagrid control embedded on a tab control. On one of the other tabs I have further controls and another datagrid, a chart control etc.
For users with single monitors everything runs as expected with no redraw/refresh problems.
The problem I am having is specifically for Dual monitor setups.
Although the Window / Forms themselves all have AUTOSCALEMODE set to 'Dpi' (to ensure that if the window is resized, all controls / fonts etc. are resized accordingly), when the form displays, part of the datagrid that shows by default is obscured by what appears to be half of the datagrid control that is on a hidden tab (ie. the tab not selected) ? Also moving the form across the screen results in the Datagrid control showing 'scribbled' / illegible text.
I have tried using a Forms.Validate() / Forms.Update combination to overcome this problem but to no avail. I really could use some help here please if someone is able to offer sound advice that would be appreciated.
Thank you.
