Microsoft Exchange Server Access [closed]

Im trying to setup work emails on a mobile device. Currently remotely I use the Outlook web app to check emails. I could not get my phone to connect so I tried setting up Outlook on my laptop. When I enter my settings into Outlook it goes through the whole process correctly including asking for a Domain Login which if I enter my work credentials succeeds and Outlook says the account was setup successfully but needs to be restarted. When I try to restart Outlook it gives me an error

Cannot Start Outlook. Cannot Open The Outlook Window. The Set Of Folders Cannot Be Opened. The Attempt To Log Onto Microsoft Exchange Has Failed

I cant find any trouble shooting information of why the Log On fails when It succeeds to setup the account. Is this likely a setting on the server side denying me access
