How to read corrupted harddisk block? [duplicate]

I replaced my HDD with an SSD. I've made my HDD an external disk. The disk has three partitions.
- root
- home
- My Files
Partition 3 can't be read. It says bad data partition.
Is it possible to read or mount the partition in any way?

Did this work before putting it in an enclosure? If do, it could be a block size/alignment issue. Try put the drive back into a pc to pull data off it.
