Attempt to installation of jupyter_contrib_nbextensions changed my bash profile

0

I was trying to install jupyter_contrib_nb_extensions following here. My intention is to implement code folding in my Jupyter notebooks. I used the conda method mentioned in the link via this command

conda install -c conda-forge jupyter_contrib_nbextensions

But this completely changed my bash profile.

    __conda_setup="$(CONDA_REPORT_ERRORS=false '/home/nagata/softwares/anaconda3    /bin/conda' shell.bash hook 2> /dev/null)"
if [ $? -eq 0 ]; then
eval "$__conda_setup"
else
if [ -f "/home/nagata/softwares/anaconda3/etc/profile.d/conda.sh" ]; then
. "/home/nagata/softwares/anaconda3/etc/profile.d/conda.sh"
CONDA_CHANGEPS1=false conda activate base
else
export PATH="/home/nagata/softwares/anaconda3/bin:$PATH"
fi
fi
unset __conda_setup
# <<< conda init <<<

Now even if I deactivate it, the environment comes back every time I restart my terminal.

conda deactivate
conda env remove -n base

CondaEnvironmentError: cannot remove current environment. deactivate and run conda remove again

How can I remove the environment? And how to correctly implement the jupyter_contrib_extensions?
