Is there any microcode update which fixes this problem?
I could not find any information on the AMD web site addressing this problem.
I am using Windows 8.1 but could also consider changing to Ubuntu if microcode update is available only on Linux.

  • The PC is dm1-4200sg from HP. I have checked the support website and for this product no updates at all are available. I am not sure if it is not available through the website or generally not available (even not from the system update manager from hp which is installed on my pc). The latter I can not check because I had a HD crash and before I do all the Installations and would buy a new HD I want to check if it is worth it.
