Prevent monitor from waking up on computer restart

0

I've got a Raspberry Pi for narrowcasting. When the shop closes at the end of the day, they put the screen on standby.

Sometimes the RasPi needs to reboot at night. When it reboots, the screen is turned on automatically.

Does someone have ideas how to prevent the monitor from waking up at reboots?
OR
Is there a way to boot the computer when the screen is turned on from standby?

  • Use a hardware switch to disconnect the display at night. Without energy it won't turn on.
