Using AutoHotkey to swap LEFT-CONTROL and LEFT-ALT on Windows 10 disables the ALT-GR on my German keyboard.

Windows 10Pro 1803

AutoHotkey 1.1.28.02

Cherry MX 3850 USB Keyboard (German)

I have an extremely simple AutoHotkey script...

#NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases.
; #Warn ; Enable warnings to assist with detecting common errors.
SendMode Input ; Recommended for new scripts due to its superior speed and reliability.
SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir% ; Ensures a consistent starting directory.
LAlt::LCtrl
LCtrl::LAlt

It's the only AutoHotkey script enabled, and works fine to swap the Left CTRL with the Left ALT.

However, when the script is running - the ALT GR on my German keyboard stops functioning. If I stop AutoHotkey, the ALT GR again works fine.

Do I need to change something/add something to the AutoHotkey script to swap the Left CTRL and Left ALT without affecting the ALT GR?

NOTE: I'm running a Linux Mint VMWare Virtual Machine on this Windows 10 box, and when the AutoHotkeys script IS ENABLED, the ALT-GR continues to work in the Linux VM. But not (and only not) in Windows.
