Remote control for old computer without WiFi capability
The computer won't have access to the internet. The monitor can be stream using a capture card. But is there way to control the keyboard and mouse over wifi? Is it possible to make a raspberry pi act as a mouse and control it over the internet?

If the old computer can be connected to the same network as the Raspberry Pi, it may be possible to run something like a VNC repeater/gateway/proxy on the Pi.

Basically, i'm trying to find a way to remote control the mouse and keyboard of a computer with no access to the internet. And I was wondering if there is a hardware solution for this. Like would I be able to set up a raspberry pi to act as a keyboard for the computer, and using a 2nd computer to connect to that raspberry pi and send key strokes to the 1st computer? Or any other solutions that might work would be much appreciated.
