Is there a queuing model where different customers have different resource requirements, and the service time depends on these requirements? For example, in a web server, different requests require different amounts of CPU time to process. The service time of the requests also depends on how much resources it consumes. Additionally, an added constraint will come up because the amount of resources is itself bounded. Is there a queuing model that can explain such a situation?
