Issue running Jupyter Kernel Gateway on Docker
When executing the Docker container:
When I try to run pip install jupyter_kernel_gateway within docker I get:
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/srv/notebooks/my_api.ipynb' error.
While if I try using pip install --user jupyter_kernel_gateway then I get:
error jupyter: 'kernelgateway' is not a Jupyter command.
My goal is to get jupyter_kernel_gateway installed, either by using pip install --user or pip install and each are giving me errors. Right now I don't understand the reason for either error message.
