Email reply address getting modified on send
My mum has two gmail accounts which are configured within Outlook.
If I send an email from mumanddad@gmail.com to my work email (Exchange) and my personal gmail both emails are received correctly.
However if I click "reply" from my work address to the reply email is now mum.and.dad@rly30a.srv.mailcontrol.com which obviously bounces if you try to send. They get multiple comments from other businesses saying they see the same issue. The mail sent to my personal gmail is fine and can be replied to.
What could be causing this issue?

Well I feel stupid. The "reply to" address had not been filled in within account properties on my mums PC - I guess gmail works different to Outlook/Exchange and could handle it.
