Why did ctrl + shift + 'char' shortcuts not working on lmde3?
I have set shortcut for changing keyboard layout to ctrl + shift.
When I press any shortcut keys (ctrl + shift + 'char'), they do not work.
For Example: when I click ctrl + shift + D in Sublime Text 3 (shortcut for duplicating row) not work, instead changes keyboard layout...
Also sometimes (in some apps) shortcutes not work in other keyboards layouts (besides english).
thanks in advance!

"I have set shortcut for changing keyboard layout to ctrl + shift." Don't do that.

And what do you advise? For example, in Windows I set up the keyboard changing via ctrl + shift and everything works. If I'll configure keyboard layout changing shortcut to alt + shift, then shortcuts with 'alt' key will stop working.

You need to add a 3rd keystroke, for example ctrl+shift+a or some other unused combination.
