How to play openload, vshare links in Windows 7?

I watch streaming videos online, most of the sites upload their videos on "openload" & vshare.io".
Here is the sample vhsare.io link: https://vshare.io/d/e0nf8j4. But this video link is showing this error:
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
I didn't install any adblock. I already turning on VPN. No use. This video links working fine on my android mobile. I tried on all updated chrome, firefox, & opera. No use.
My OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

You tried a bunch of things, and seem to have ruled out "because the server or network failed". That leaves "because the format is not supported". You didn't include the link, so people can't replicate the problem.

I tested it on Firefox in Linux and didn't have a problem. If it isn't working for you in any browser on one computer, that would suggest something common to the computer (like antivirus software or blocking by Windows). Maybe someone who can read the page source code will have a clue.

You tried a bunch of things, and seem to have ruled out "because the server or network failed". That leaves "because the format is not supported". You didn't include the link, so people can't replicate the problem.
