outlook 2013 does not retrieve new emails after adding existing outlook file
I bought a new computer and installed office 2013 in it and copied my outlook.pst file from my old computer and configured outlook in my new computer and i used the pop3 account then i add the 25GB outlook data file from my old computer in there, now there is a problem that i am able to send email but new email does not come however it is coming in my mobile and it is in the server, however it was working fine in my old computer and it was pop3 as well in there, but it is not working here.

Does not sound like you configured Outlook to actually check your email. You only attached the .pst to your unconfigured account.
