The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'

0

I have Proxy client from wsdl to asmx web service and
using WSHttpBinding with :
ClientBinding.Security.Mode = SecurityMode.Transport
ClientBinding.Security.Transport.ClientCredentialType = HttpClientCredentialType.Certificate

As response a got "The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'."

Acording to helpdesk gays on web service provider side problem is in SOAP request header ContentType.

My SOAP request header ContentType

POST endpoint HTTP/1.1
Content-Type: application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8
VsDebuggerCausalityData: uIDPowrncDG0/zhCjDbuEVQotOUAAAAA3jPtXIlx+kuM9jZWPekEHVItiqu5SQxPpjhcqE6iOxwACQAA
Host: host_name
Content-Length: 7413
Expect: 100-continue

SOAP header have to be

POST endpoint HTTP/1.1
Content-Type: application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8;action="some specific action name"
VsDebuggerCausalityData: uIDPowrncDG0/zhCjDbuEVQotOUAAAAA3jPtXIlx+kuM9jZWPekEHVItiqu5SQxPpjhcqE6iOxwACQAA
Host: host_name
Content-Length: 7413
Expect: 100-continue

Question is how to modify Proxy class or binding to add
;action="some specific action name" in SOAP header ContentType ?
