Log into PE console
I am using a getting started guide with puppet enterprise for azure. I deployed a puppet virtual machine by following the steps in the guidelines. I am trying to connect ssh to PE virtual machine using putty. As soon as I enter command ssh @ I get this message in my bash:
After this I must be asked to provide my password when setting up PE VM. Then when I enter my hostname to putty configuration:
I get this network error.
Network error: Connection timed out
and then I need to log into the PE Console. For that before creating puppet agent VM, I need the password that's generated when puppet master is provisioned.
I am using my private microsoft azure account and connected to my office network. When I try to open the webpage with the domain name puppet123@cloudapp.net, I get this meassage:
Gateway Timeout
Server error - server 23.98.149.180 is unreachable at this moment.
Please retry the request or contact your administrator.
Please help me to find solution and let me know if any further questions.
