Copy all folders and subfolders with their files but not single orphan files

0

I want to copy all folders and subfolders but don't want to copy single orphan files.

I have seen how to copy only the structure, but what I need is to copy the files in the folders and subfolders.

Example:

folder1
folder1folder2
folder1folder2file1.txt
folder1file2.txt
file3.txt

In this example I want to copy everything except file3, because is out of any folder.
