Activating Public folder sharing
I'm trying to find a way to active "Public folder sharing" under "All networks" in the network and sharing center settings.
I am looking for a way to automate this ie: using a netsh command or finding the registry key value to change so I can just run a powershell script to turn it on/off.

Are you trying to turn it on or turn it off, your screenshot, has it currently turned off.
