Assign key combination to act like arrow keys in linux

0

I want to make arrow movements like vim; using Alt-H, Alt-J, Alt-k, Alt-L.

I'm using raspbian so i tried change the lxde-pi-rc.xml file (which uses openbox), but it doesn't worked because it seems openbox doesn't support it openbox documentation

Would am i in the wrong way?
