Office 2019 Office PIA Addin
Several years ago I developed an Excel 2007 add-in. Since then the Addin worked in every release of MS Office until 2019. In the 2019 Version, I get the message
The message is interesting because I get it when running the setup.exe. I think that the Office2007PIARedist doesn't work with Excel2019.
I have another PC where office 2016 was installed and office 2019 was installed afterwards and there the add-in works.
Is there an Office2019PIARedist package? (I couldn't find it with that google search term) or has Office2019 a new architecture which isn't compatible with my add-in without having updated from office2016?
The main question is:
Is it even possible to install an add-in created for excel2007 on a newly installed excel2019?
