How to set different gutter position for only one page using Microsoft Word

I am using Microsoft Word for Office 365 MSO (16.0.11029.20045) 64-bit.
I want to set the gutter position to top for only one page, because that one page is A3 in size while the rest is A4, so I want it to be foldable.
How can I do it?
I am already using section breaks so that I can set the page to A3 and landscape, but when I modify the gutter position it modifies it for the whole document, even though I made sure I chose the Apply to: This Section option.

I am not seeing the behavior you report. Are you inserting Next Page Section Breaks surrounding the A3 page? If you are planning for the document to be printed 2-sided, have you also set the Mirror Margin control?
