Unable to create/save a file on windows 10
I am facing with following error while trying to create a file through VS Code:
/Atom
A system error occurred (ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'c:UsersJarvis_CrypterDesktopbootstrapindex.html')
I am not sure if this is a system error or an application issue. Is this a broken OS issue?
Please help.

What happens if you try to create the file yourself by right clicking on the desktop?
