How to combine multiple tables dynamically?

0

We track projects using simple tables:
Date Recv'd|Assigned to|Vendor|amount|Notes.

Right now we all track it on one giant table, but if someone forgets to reset a filter or gets unaligned with their edits then something gets messed up.

What I would like to do is separate each person into their own sheet and have a master sheet that auto updates dynamically and adds any new entries or edits.

I can't figure out how to do this. I've tried making data tables and apending in the master, but this doesn't update. I also thought about making a pivot table but I'm very inexperienced and the pivot table looks like a complete mess (that's probably more due to inexperience). Ideally I would like the master table to look exactly like the smaller tables (They will all have the exact same columns), but some differences would be fine.
