Any way to add support for windows 8 -Change-Volume-UI for any app.

So,

Windows 8 added a playback widget that comes with the volume notification.

Picture that displays what this post will be addressing

While this is extremely distracting for people that just want to change the volume it does bring windows 10 to the 21st century and it has full support of headphone controls( play, pause, next item, previous item, call cortana with a double tap) which are just so useful for people that use them in android/ios as properly designed headphones will have cross-platform controls.

Currently my headphones will just turn the volume up, down, and call cortana with a double tap on any app that does not appear on the picture provided/use change-volume-ui (I am sure there are others I have yet to track down).

No mainstream browser(firefox, edge, chrome,ie) supports said ui.

Plenty of services are just starting out and don't get to release an app that implements change-volume-ui for years if they ever do.

I am just struggling to find out how to add support for this UI to edge or internet explorer so that I may just play and pause the last thing I started playing on a web browser or skip to the next song on a youtube playlist.

It is just sad to see windows has merely implemented it on the new tv and movies app which apparently expects me to pay to play HEVC files...
