Outlook 2016 auto populate date in reverse format

This will be an easy question for most, but it has done my head in. I need someway to auto populate the subject part of the email for a date format as follows "yyyymmdd-" this needs to be for every email I send. I also need to do this for every email that I answer or forwatd, so on answering it would replace the date. Is that possible?

We can design a custom form to auto populate current date to the subject field, but this doesn't work for emails you reply or forward to.
