          If marriage was consummated then step-daughter became Mahram forever, even after divorce or death.




          your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto
          whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is
          no sin upon you. (Surat An-Nisa 23)

            No not at all. .. Once a man marry a woman his all daughters even belongs to other her previous husband become haram and this status remain same whether she died or divorced
