installation of tensorflow and execution

i am a beginner at tensorflow and i am using the installation on what the tf website's instruction. I just want to ask what this



tf.Tensor(-17.10788, shape=(), dtype=float32)


means? That is the output when I input



python -c "import tensorflow as tf; tf.enable_eager_execution(); print(tf.reduce_sum(tf.random_normal([1000, 1000])))" 


in cmd and i cant even run a single program in it.
