OpenBTS mobile stations loose network connection

Initial setup



OpenBTS installed on Ubuntu 16.04, two mobile phones connected to the OpenBTS network. SIM are successfully registered on sipauthserve. Transceiver: USRP X310, USRP N210.



Problem



In turn, the phones loose connection to the network for some seconds. If GPRS is not enabled in OpenBTS configuration, this issue almost never happen.



If i initiate a call from a phone while it is in "no-network moment", the OpenBTS server does not receive anything. Dial error is displayed on the phone.



If a phone that is in "no-network moment" is called by a working phone, the call fails. Asterisk log return:

      Initial setup



      OpenBTS installed on Ubuntu 16.04, two mobile phones connected to the OpenBTS network. SIM are successfully registered on sipauthserve. Transceiver: USRP X310, USRP N210.



      Problem



      In turn, the phones loose connection to the network for some seconds. If GPRS is not enabled in OpenBTS configuration, this issue almost never happen.



      If i initiate a call from a phone while it is in "no-network moment", the OpenBTS server does not receive anything. Dial error is displayed on the phone.



      If a phone that is in "no-network moment" is called by a working phone, the call fails. Asterisk log return:

Lavavej talk at CppCon 2018 on "Class Template Argument Deduction", where at some point he incidentally says: In C++ type information almost never flows backwards ...
